Fair Use

It is intended that the audio files purchased from digifish music will only be included in a multimedia production as audio content. The purchaser will then either publicly perform the multimedia production, provide copies of the multimedia production to 3rd parties to perform OR on-sell the multimedia production to a 3rd party. If the intended use of the purchased audio files falls outside these conditions then the purchaser must contact digifish music to obtain separate written permission for the intended use. Until permission is received there are no rights other than outlined in this license agreement.

Your Rights

The purchaser has copyright clearance for the purchased audio files including a world wide non-exclusive royalty free license to use purchased audio file(s)—and their reproducible sound—in an unlimited number of multimedia projects and an unlimited number of copies or public performances. The user is free to remix, edit, and manipulate the purchased material as required.

Restrictions

The purchaser has not obtained copyright; copyright remains with the author(s) of the original purchased work(s). The user is not entitled to sell, lend, redistribute, or copy the purchased material to be re-used by a 3rd party outside a multimedia production or in a competing product.
